I can honestly say I have never worked with such a competent team of professionals as the team at the N. Summit County SERVPRO. They made me feel as comfortable as possible in a very stressful situation from the moment they arrived on the scene. They were organized and each knew their role and executed it with precision.  

Tony was a great leader and though a proud reflection of his military background, was sensitive and considerate to my personal needs. He fulfilled each of his promises regarding follow up and phone calls and was a pleasure at all times. He genuinely seemed to care about expediting our situation and our personal comfort through an unfamiliar process.

I hope to never need your services again but take comfort in knowing who to call in an emergency and will gladly recommend you to anyone I know in need of your services.

The crew at my home went the extra mile. Tony remained patient and courteous at all times. Everyone was accommodating, which helped my stress during the chaos.

We used SERVPRO of Northern Summit County when we had a pipe burst in our basement. We didn't know this for a couple days, so there was quite a watery mess to be cleaned up and lots of damaged items. SERVPRO was quick to respond and completed the job in a professional manner. The service techs kept in close contact with us during the drying out and restoration process. They were respectful of both our time and our property. I highly recommend SERVPRO and will use them again if the need arises.

I don't usually select "10" on surveys, but I do have to say that SERVPRO of Northern Summit County did exactly what they said they would! The field crew was VERY professional and enjoyable to work with.
